Building the Capacities of Private Sector Institutions to Develop Women Friendly Workplaces was held at the headquarters of Dorat Ammon Factory for the production of tomato paste and ketchup, as they believe and strive to develop the skills of their work crews and to create a better understanding of the importance of promoting gender equality in the workplace.
