Under the patronage of Her Excellency the Secretary-General of the Jordanian National Commission for Women, Eng. Maha Ali, the Life Center - Rased, in cooperation with ActionAid Arab Region, launched yesterday, within the activities of the National Conference “Accelerators for Women’s Economic Empowerment”, the Women’s Economic Empowerment Network in Jordan. This network is a strategic initiative that aims to support and enhance the economic role of women in Jordan. It also seeks to provide all means of support and necessary training for women to enable them to achieve economic independence and contribute effectively to community development, to represent a gateway for cooperation, exchange and building partnerships, to combine the efforts of the public and private sectors and civil society to support and empower women in various economic fields. This event represents an important step towards enhancing the role of women in economic life, and providing equal opportunities to achieve success and excellence in various economic fields within the objectives of the Women-Friendly Label Project Thank you to everyone who participated, attended and contributed to the success of this important event, which reflects our commitment to promoting gender equality and achieving sustainable development for our society.
